Our engineers are not keen on new systems.

That is the constraint the whole build is designed around, which is why the first week is spent in your vans rather than in meetings. If it takes more taps than the paper sheet it replaces, your engineers will not use it. Fewer, bigger buttons, works with gloves on, works with no signal.

Can it track equipment we installed at a customer site?

Every asset with its own history, service dates, warranty and every visit it has ever had, so whoever you send next arrives knowing what they are walking into.

Will it tell us if a job is running over?

While it is happening, not afterwards, and in time for you to do something about it.
