01Where this comes from
Sep17 is the senior end of No Fear Tech Ltd, a Norfolk software company that has spent years building systems for businesses across the UK. Work under £30,000 stays with No Fear Tech and is done well there.
Larger projects need something different. A £90,000 build serving four depots and two regulators is not a bigger version of a £9,000 one. It needs proper discovery, proper assurance, and a client who can see where their money has got to on any given morning. That is what you are buying here.

Your work is never held hostage
Everything is handed over as it is built rather than at the end. Sack us tomorrow and you have the code, the documents and the accounts by the afternoon, ready for somebody else to pick up.
You will be told when to buy instead of build
Where something off the shelf does the job, you will hear that and this studio loses the work. It happens several times a year, and it is why the recommendation is worth having when it goes the other way.
Nobody pays us to recommend them
No referral fees, no reseller margins, no partner tiers. A payment provider or a hosting arrangement gets recommended because it is the right one for you, and you can check that it is.
You know who is doing the work and what they cost
Named people, named rates, on every phase. People do learn here, as they must, and they learn on our time rather than on your budget.
A date never slips quietly

The studio is in Norfolk and clients are across the UK. Most of the work happens remotely, which is what suits everyone and keeps your money in the build rather than in travel.
Two exceptions are worth the travel every time. Discovery happens in person wherever possible, because sitting with the people who do the work surfaces things a video call never will. And somebody is on your site on the day you go live.
